Our cleaning follows a checklist of more than 25 items, with optional deep cleaning on request. Prices depend on size and special requests.
Standard cleaning
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- Bedrooms: change linen, dust
- Bathrooms: tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors
- Kitchen: cabinet fronts, counters, sink, microwave, appliance exteriors, fridge inside (if empty)
- Living/dining: dust furniture, picture frames, tables and shelves
- Sweep garage, wipe down lanai/pool deck
- Light laundry: towels, linens
Deep cleaning (on request)
- Ceiling fans and patio furniture
- Thorough cleaning of home, garage, lanai and pool deck
- Inside of cabinets (without the contents)
- Oven inside
- Grill cleaning at additional cost
Note: We recommend a deep cleaning at least once a year. Holiday cleaning (Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, 24/25 + 31 December, New Year) may incur a surcharge. Guests must leave by 10:00 am.
